About the role

Technology team at TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES LTD. builds and maintains ServiceNow ITOM solutions to enable reliable infrastructure monitoring and management. The role designs, develops, scripts, and integrates ITOM components such as CSDM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management, and conducts testing and deployment across environments. Bengaluru office, on-site work model, relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Design and develop ITOM solutions within ServiceNow
• Implement and configure CSDM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management
• Create and maintain scripts and automations using JavaScript, Unix Shell, and PowerShell
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST API and SOAP
• Conduct unit, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing
• Collaborate with Agile teams to deliver high‑availability infrastructure services

What you’ll bring

• 4-15 years ServiceNow ITOM experience
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Unix Shell, PowerShell scripting
• Experience with REST API and SOAP integrations
• Knowledge of Cloud fundamentals and ITIL/Agile methodologies

Nice to have

• 4-15 years ServiceNow ITOM experience
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator
