About the role

What you’ll do
- Develop and maintain ITOM modules in ServiceNow
- Configure MID Servers and resolve discovery issues
- Implement integrations with monitoring tools
- Ensure CMDB accuracy and governance
- Create workflows, business rules and automation scripts
- Gather requirements and translate into technical solutions
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams
- Provide technical guidance and support
What you’ll bring
- 4-15 years ServiceNow ITOM experience
- Hands‑on with Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management
- CMDB data governance and best practices
- MID Server configuration and troubleshooting
- Integration with monitoring/infrastructure tools
