About the role

Cloud Information Services (CIS) team at SAS builds and modernizes ServiceNow platforms to enhance IT operations and service delivery. What you’ll do

  • Design and develop ITOM solutions within ServiceNow
  • Optimize workflows, automation, and integrations aligned with enterprise IT strategies
  • Implement ITSM modules such as Incident, Change, Service Catalog, and Service Portal
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical specifications and deliver scalable solutions
  • Drive best practices in ServiceNow development and CMDB data governance
  • Support DevOps and Agile workflows, including backlog refinement and iterative delivery
  • Troubleshoot complex platform issues to ensure high availability and performance
  • Mentor junior developers and document technical solutions

What you’ll bring

  • 3+ years ServiceNow development and administration
  • Deep expertise in ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management)
  • Strong proficiency in ServiceNow scripting and workflow automation
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, LDAP, MID Servers
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and PowerShell

Nice to have

  • 3+ years ServiceNow development and administration
