About the role

IT Operations Management team at TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES builds and maintains ServiceNow ITOM solutions to ensure reliable infrastructure services. The ServiceNow ITOM Developer designs, implements, and supports modules like Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration, integrating third‑party monitoring tools via REST/SOAP APIs. Role is based in Bengaluru (or other listed Indian cities) with on‑site work model, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable ITOM platforms.

What you’ll do

• Develop and implement ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration
• Configure and maintain MID Servers, patterns, and probes/sensors
• Build integrations with third‑party monitoring tools using REST/SOAP APIs
• Customize platform components using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer
• Perform CMDB data modeling, reconciliation, and data quality improvements
• Troubleshoot and optimize Discovery and Service Mapping performance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable ITOM solutions

What you’ll bring

• 4-15 years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM
• Hands‑on experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management
• Strong knowledge of CMDB and CSDM framework
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
• Experience with MID Server setup and integrations
• Understanding of ITSM processes
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, or CIS‑ITOM preferred)
