About the role

Iris Software Delivery Leadership drives technology-enabled transformation for financial services and other industries. As an Associate Director, you will lead medium‑size Java and Microservices delivery teams, manage complex programs across the full SDLC, and engage senior North American stakeholders. Based in Noida, India, on‑site role with occasional short‑term overseas travel, offering a platform to shape large‑scale delivery excellence.

What you’ll do

• Set up and lead delivery teams of 25+ across projects
• Oversee full SDLC lifecycle and ensure quality standards
• Manage financials, contracts and pricing models
• Drive continuous improvement and margin enhancement
• Mentor leads and PMs in a matrix organization
• Coordinate onshore and offshore resources
• Negotiate with senior stakeholders and resolve critical issues
• Ensure compliance with CMMI and other frameworks

What you’ll bring

• 15+ years IT delivery experience
• 4+ years program or LoB management
• Java 17 and Microservices expertise
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall and hybrid methodologies
• Strong commercial acumen and cost estimation
• Stakeholder management with North America clients
• CMMI quality framework knowledge
• Ability to travel overseas as needed
