About the role
DTCC’s Software Engineering team builds secure, reliable middleware solutions that power global capital markets. As Associate Director, you will lead a cross‑location Java team, architecting and delivering high‑impact applications with Spring Boot, Kafka, and MQ on AWS and OCP4. You’ll mentor engineers, drive risk‑aware design, and collaborate with business partners to modernize legacy systems. Hyderabad, India – hybrid model with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.
