About the role

Software Engineering team at S&P Global Market Intelligence builds and maintains a key platform for delivering essential intelligence. The Associate Director leads full-stack development, driving architecture, design, and delivery of scalable APIs and front-end applications while mentoring engineers. Based in Gurugram, Haryana, India, on-site work model.

What you’ll do

Drive end-to-end SDLC including architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, and support
Design and develop scalable, maintainable APIs and front-end applications
Produce detailed technical designs and lead design/code walkthroughs
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to refine requirements
Ensure code quality through test-driven development and code reviews
Participate in Agile ceremonies and promote continuous improvement
Diagnose and troubleshoot production issues
Mentor junior developers and foster knowledge sharing

What you’ll bring

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
5+ years C#/.NET development
4+ years Angular or React
Experience with cloud platforms Azure or AWS
Proficiency in TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
Strong SQL and relational database experience
Test-driven development expertise
Microservices and distributed systems background
