Associate Director, Java

About the role

Iris Software's Delivery Leadership team drives complex Java and Microservices solutions for financial services clients. The Associate Director leads large, geographically distributed delivery teams, overseeing full SDLC, stakeholder management, and financial performance. Noida, UP, India, on-site, with occasional overseas travel required.

What you’ll do

• Lead delivery of Java and Microservices projects across full SDLC
• Manage large, distributed teams and coordinate onshore/offshore resources
• Engage senior stakeholders in North America and ensure client satisfaction
• Oversee project financials, cost estimation, and contract compliance
• Drive continuous improvement and margin enhancement initiatives

What you’ll bring

• 15 years IT delivery experience
• 4+ years program or LoB management
• Financial services domain experience
• Experience with Java and Microservices
• Experience managing large distributed teams (25+ members)
• Strong commercial acumen and cost estimation
• Experience with CMMI and project financials
• Willingness to travel overseas
