About the role

IT Department at Bajaj Finance leads the design and governance of the enterprise Salesforce ecosystem for loan origination, underwriting, servicing and analytics. The Senior Lead architect defines solution architecture, oversees large‑scale integrations, enforces best practices and mentors development teams. Based in Pune corporate office, on‑site work required.

What you’ll do

• Own end‑to‑end Salesforce solution architecture across Sales, Service, Experience and custom loan workflows
• Lead design, development, customization and integration of Salesforce CRM with enterprise systems
• Define and enforce coding standards, architectural patterns, DevOps pipelines and release governance
• Mentor engineering teams through design and code reviews and capability building
• Drive platform stability via monitoring, performance tuning and capacity planning
• Manage Tier 3/4 support, root cause analysis and incident remediation
• Provide strategic input to leadership on roadmap and modernization initiatives

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field
• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification
• Integration Architecture Designer certification
• System/Application Architect certification

Nice to have

• 9-10 years overall experience
• 6+ years hands‑on Salesforce admin/developer/technical lead roles
• Experience leading large‑scale Salesforce implementations and integrations
• Financial services domain exposure, especially lending
