About the role

Wheels org within Bajaj Finance IT Department drives the end‑to‑end Salesforce ecosystem for loan origination, underwriting, servicing and analytics. The Senior Lead Software Architect defines and governs solution architecture, leads large‑scale integrations, and mentors engineering teams to ensure scalability, security and high availability. Based in Pune, Maharashtra, India – on‑site work model.

What you’ll do

• Own Salesforce solution architecture across Sales, Service, Experience and custom loan workflows
• Lead design, development, customization and integration of Salesforce CRM and allied systems
• Define and enforce coding standards, architectural patterns and DevOps pipelines
• Manage technical risks, dependencies and delivery milestones for multi‑team initiatives
• Drive platform stability through monitoring, performance tuning and capacity planning
• Lead Tier 3/4 support and root cause analysis for critical incidents
• Mentor engineering teams via design and code reviews and capability building
• Provide strategic inputs for roadmap planning and platform modernization

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification
• Salesforce Integration Architecture Designer certification
• 9-10 years overall experience
• 6+ years hands‑on Salesforce admin/developer/lead experience
• Experience with large‑scale Salesforce implementations
• Financial services domain exposure, especially lending
• Proficiency in Apex, Java and LWC
