About the role

The Senior Software Development Lead architects the platform, drives full‑stack development, and leads both in‑house and third‑party teams while championing AI‑enabled analytics. Pune, India, on‑site role with hybrid collaboration as needed.
What you’ll do
- Serve as tech lead and software architect for FFT digital platform
- Build and manage in‑house development team and third‑party providers
- Define technical vision and translate product requirements into solutions
- Drive full software development lifecycle with best practices
- Apply agile methods to ensure timely delivery
- Identify AI and advanced analytics opportunities
- Maintain up‑to‑date tech stack and resolve complex incidents
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders
What you’ll bring
- 8 years IT software development experience
- Leadership of software development teams
- Azure DevOps and cloud services expertise
- Strong CI/CD and DevOps practices
- Experience with modern software architecture
- Agile project management
- AI knowledge a plus
