About the role

Software Development team at MRI Software builds and maintains Windows desktop applications for real‑estate solutions. The Senior Software Engineer designs, develops, and optimizes Delphi‑based VCL applications, integrates SQL databases, and collaborates in Agile ceremonies. Baroda, India, on-site, hybrid schedule with flexible working arrangements.

What you’ll do

• Design and develop Windows desktop applications using Delphi
• Maintain and enhance legacy Delphi codebases
• Integrate and manage SQL databases and write optimized queries
• Utilize Windows APIs for system‑level functionality
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality software
• Provide technical support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Debug and resolve application issues

What you’ll bring

• 8+ years Delphi/Object Pascal development
• Experience with Delphi 7, XE and later
• VCL desktop application expertise
• MS SQL Server and SQLite database integration
• SQL query and stored procedure optimization
• Windows API integration
• Agile/Scrum process participation
• Jira or similar tool usage
