About the role

NetApp Business Technology and Operations team in Bangalore is building and optimizing ServiceNow IT Operations Management solutions to ensure reliable infrastructure data and automation. The Sr. ServiceNow ITOM Developer designs, implements and maintains advanced CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping and integration workflows, while leading scripting and portal customization efforts. Bangalore office, on-site work model, relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Design and implement ITOM solutions including CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping
• Lead CMDB data model design and lifecycle governance
• Architect and optimize ServiceNow Discovery across cloud and on-prem environments
• Develop and maintain advanced ServiceNow scripts and Flow Designer flows
• Create and customize Service Portal pages and widgets
• Build and support integrations with REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub and custom APIs
• Configure MID Server architecture, schedules, credentials and probes
• Monitor CMDB health and remediate issues using dashboards and KPIs

What you’ll bring

• 8+ years ServiceNow ITOM experience
• Advanced CMDB and Discovery design
• Service Mapping expertise
• ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer)
• MID Server configuration and management
• Integration development using REST/SOAP/IntegrationHub
• Strong knowledge of servers, virtualization, networks, cloud platforms
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
