About the role
Senior ServiceNow ITOM Developer on LSEG’s Enterprise Service Management Platform builds and maintains ITOM solutions such as Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping and Cloud Management. The role designs, develops, and deploys custom ServiceNow applications, mentors junior staff, and ensures integration with third‑party tools and cloud platforms. Based in Bengaluru, India, the position requires onsite presence with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
What you’ll do
- Lead design, development, and deployment of ITOM solutions
- Develop custom ServiceNow modules
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Integrate ITOM with external systems via REST/SOAP
- Monitor health and performance of ITOM solutions
- Provide Level 3 support for incidents

- 5+ years ServiceNow ITOM
- Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Management
- JavaScript, GlideScript, ServiceNow APIs
- ITIL processes
- ServiceNow CIS‑ITOM certification

- PowerShell or Python scripting
