About the role
HRSD + ServiceNow Development Team at Fresenius Medical Care India builds a modern, employee‑centric HR service delivery platform. The Sr. ServiceNow Developer leads integration with Workday HCM, configures HRSD modules (Case Management, Employee Center Pro, HR Agent Workspace, EDM), and builds custom flows, scripts, and dashboards. Bengaluru, India – Hybrid work model with onsite presence.
What you’ll do
- Serve as integration specialist and developer
- Manage Workday HCM integration endpoints and data mapping
- Validate HRSD configurations across modules
- Support EDM and Knowledge Management setups
- Own internationalization and dynamic translation
- Build ATF test suites and UAT scripts
- Participate in agile ceremonies
- Maintain update set lifecycle
