Sr. Consultant - ServiceNow ITOM

About the role

YASH Technologies seeks a Senior Consultant for its ServiceNow Competency to support client projects in Pune, India. The role involves custom development and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM solutions, including workflow automation and data management. This is an on-site position requiring strong technical and communication skills.

What you’ll do

• Proficient in ITSM modules: Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Request Management
• Write client scripts, Business Rules, ACLs, and UI Policies
• Create custom notification tags using the Notification Engine
• Create Service Request Definitions (SRD) at standard and advanced levels
• Configure Mid-Tier and create web services for vendor data fetching
• Use data management tools for bulk value updates

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
• 5-8 years overall ServiceNow experience
• 3+ years ServiceNow ITSM custom development & Implementation
• 3+ years implementation experience in ITOM and ITAM (HAM & SAM)
• Experience with Service Catalog, Flow Designer, and Orchestration
