About the role

Sprinklr’s CCaaS Implementation team builds scalable contact center solutions for enterprise clients. The Sr. Implementation Consultant leads end‑to‑end deployments, defines architecture, mentors junior consultants, and drives client adoption and satisfaction. Work is based in India with a 6 PM‑3 AM IST shift, supporting global customers.

What you’ll do

  • Lead complex CCaaS implementations
  • Define solution architecture
  • Mentor junior consultants
  • Drive stakeholder alignment
  • Conduct health checks & remediation
  • Lead discovery workshops
  • Deliver expert consultation
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years deploying CCaaS/UCaaS/CPaaS platforms
  • Deep knowledge of voice protocols (TCP/IP, SIP, WebRTC)
  • Experience with Genesys Engage, Amazon Connect, Cisco Webex Contact Center
  • API integration and VoIP troubleshooting
  • CRM integration (Salesforce Service Cloud)
  • Leadership and mentoring
  • Bilingual Korean & English
  • Project management in fast‑paced environments
