Senior Solution Consultant, WFM Implementation

About the role

UKG Workforce Management team delivers enterprise workforce operating solutions. The Senior Solution Consultant designs and implements UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) solutions, leads workshops, customizes integrations, and guides testing to ensure client success. Based in Pune, India, on-site work model with up to 25% travel required.

What you’ll do

• Conduct requirement workshops with senior client stakeholders
• Architect comprehensive WFM solutions integrating UKG Pro with third‑party products
• Design and implement customizations and integrations
• Oversee system build and configuration ensuring design adherence
• Support functional, integration, and user acceptance testing
• Advise clients on best practices and process optimization
• Mentor team members on advanced modules and solutioning
• Maintain strong client relationships as trusted advisor

What you’ll bring

• 6-10 years implementing enterprise software
• 5+ years in Workforce Management
• Experience with UKG Pro WFM or similar platforms
• Strong requirement gathering and solution design skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
