About the role
WNS, an Agentic AI-powered leader in intelligent operations, seeks a Senior Consultant to design solutions for prospective and existing clients. The role involves leading RFP/RFI processes, developing marketing collateral, and identifying business development opportunities within the Procurement practice. This position is based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.
What you’ll do
- Liaise with cross-functional teams and Subject Matter Experts to create and design solutions
- Lead end-to-end RFP/RFI processes for deals allocated in Industry Verticals with Procurement practice
- Develop content for marketing collateral including case studies, brochures, and presentations
- Identify Business Development opportunities and build solution frameworks
- Drive greater farming penetration through proactive solution development
- Coordinate and lead client visits and facility tours
- Strive towards attaining allocated revenue targets
- Participate in special or strategic projects as needed
What you’ll bring
- Post Graduate or Graduate degree
- Minimum 6 years of working experience
- At least 3 years in a Solutions role
- Strong Domain Expertise in Sourcing, Contracting, and Transactional Procurement
- Proven client management skills
- Ability to handle high pressure situations and multi-task
- Excellent written communication skills
- Analytical mindset with program management capabilities
