Consultant / Senior Consultant, Commercial Consulting

About the role

Strategic Consulting team at Red Nucleus supports global pharma and biotech clients in commercial strategy and medical affairs. The role designs and executes workstreams, creates client deliverables, and mentors analysts within a hybrid model based in Pune. You will own project approaches, drive end‑to‑end delivery, and present insights to senior stakeholders. Hybrid work in Pune with occasional onsite days as needed.

What you’ll do

• Design project approaches and scope workstreams
• Manage project plans, risks, and timelines
• Develop client deliverables with strategic narrative and visual design
• Review and ensure quality of analyst outputs
• Mentor and coach junior analysts and consultants
• Present findings to project leads and client teams

What you’ll bring

• Master's or MBA in life sciences (preferred)
• 3‑5 years consulting experience, 2‑3 years in life sciences
• Experience in commercial consulting engagements
• Advanced Excel modeling and PowerPoint design
• Familiarity with secondary research platforms
