The Senior Consultant creates project plans, manages client engagements, conducts data analytics, and presents solutions while ensuring timely invoicing and payment tracking. What you’ll do

Create project plans based on client scope
Schedule and lead client meetings
Monitor and report project progress
Prepare and deliver client presentations
Modify solutions per client feedback within Mercer framework
Coordinate invoicing and track payments
Identify and engage key industry clients
Develop proposals and maintain client relationships

What you’ll bring

MBA or Post‑Graduation in Human Resources
4-6 years experience post qualification
Compensation consulting experience
High proficiency with Excel and data analytics
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
