About the role

Compensation Consulting Team at Mercer, a business of Marsh, provides compensation advisory services to clients. The Senior Consultant creates project plans, manages client engagements, delivers presentations, and ensures project delivery while building strong client relationships. Bengaluru, hybrid role with at least three days onsite per week.

What you’ll do

Create project plans based on client scope
Schedule and lead client meetings
Monitor and report project progress
Present recommended solutions to clients
Modify solutions per client feedback within Mercer framework
Coordinate invoicing and track payments
Identify and engage key industry clients
Build and maintain strong client relationships

What you’ll bring

MBA or Post Graduation in Human Resources or equivalent
3-5 years experience post qualification
Relevant compensation consulting experience
