About the role
Career Consulting Team at Mercer, a business of Marsh, provides compensation consulting services. The Senior Consultant creates project plans, manages client engagements, monitors deliverables, and drives proposals and invoicing. Based in Bengaluru, hybrid role with at least three days onsite per week.
What you’ll do
- Create project plans based on client scope
- Secure sign‑off from project manager and client
- Schedule and lead client meetings
- Monitor and report progress against deliverables
- Escalate milestone delays
- Present recommended solutions to clients
- Prepare and modify proposals
- Manage invoicing and track payments
What you’ll bring
- MBA or Post Graduation in Human Resources
- 3-5 years experience post qualification
- Compensation consulting experience
