About the role

NetApp IT Operations team builds and maintains enterprise ServiceNow platforms. The Senior ServiceNow ITOM Developer designs, implements, and optimizes CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping solutions across cloud and on‑prem environments while leading data governance and integration efforts. Bangalore, Karnataka, IN – on-site work model.

What you’ll do

• Design and implement advanced ITOM solutions including CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping
• Lead CMDB data model design and governance
• Architect and optimize ServiceNow Discovery across cloud and on‑prem environments
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripts and Flow Designer workflows
• Create and customize Service Portal pages and widgets
• Build and support integrations with REST, SOAP, and IntegrationHub
• Configure and manage MID Server architecture and discovery schedules
• Monitor CMDB health and remediate issues using dashboards and KPIs

What you’ll bring

• 8+ years ServiceNow ITOM experience
• Advanced CMDB and Discovery design
• ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Flow Designer)
• MID Server configuration and management
• Integration development using REST/SOAP/IntegrationHub
• Service Portal page and widget customization
• Strong knowledge of servers, virtualization, networks, cloud platforms
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
