About the role

Digital Next team at KPMG seeks a Senior Manager, ITOM ServiceNow to design and implement enterprise-level IT operations, asset management, and configuration data solutions. Leads architecture for CMDB, ITOM, and ITAM modules, drives integration, governance, and optimization initiatives. Gurgaon, India, on-site.

What you’ll do

• Define and implement architecture for CMDB, ITOM, and ITAM modules
• Design scalable solutions for Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Asset Management
• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules and integrate with enterprise systems
• Establish CMDB governance, data quality standards, and reconciliation processes
• Develop dashboards for CMDB health, ITOM performance, and asset utilization
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to implementation teams

What you’ll bring

ME/MTech/BE/BTech/MCA/BCA/MSC/BSC

Nice to have

• 10-12 years ITOM, CMDB, ITAM experience
• 5+ years architecture/design role
• ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, ITAM expertise
• Strong ITIL framework knowledge
• Experience integrating CMDB with ITSM, procurement, finance systems
• Leadership and stakeholder management skills
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (Discovery/ITOM/ITAM)
• ITIL Expert or Managing Professional
