About the role
Haleon Portfolio & Performance Analyst supports the company's portfolio planning and performance tracking by producing dashboards, scorecards and reports, ensuring data quality and governance. The role analyses financial and capacity data, assists annual and quarterly planning, and prepares materials for governance forums. Bengaluru, India, on-site at the campus, full-time.
What you’ll do
- Produce and maintain portfolio dashboards, scorecards and reports
- Track portfolio performance against KPIs, OKRs and plans
- Support annual and quarterly planning cycles and roadmap inputs
- Maintain portfolio data in planning and reporting tools
- Support financial tracking, forecasts and variance analysis
- Prepare governance forum materials and track actions
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, Technology or related field
- Experience in portfolio, programme, project or performance analysis
- Strong analytical capability with clear data presentation
- Experience producing management reports and dashboards
- Understanding of portfolio delivery environments
Nice to have
- Exposure to financial tracking, forecasting or business case data
- Experience with portfolio management or reporting tools
