About the role

Portfolio Management team at Radian Generation supports renewable energy asset owners by ensuring portfolio compliance, optimizing performance, and delivering analytical insights. The Portfolio Associate II tracks regulatory obligations, assists managers with workflow in Radian Digital, prepares performance reports, coordinates with technical and financial teams, and leads small projects. Chennai, India, on-site work model.

What you’ll do

• Track and ensure portfolio compliance with contracts and regulations
• Assist Portfolio Managers using Radian Digital to manage tasks and reporting
• Create performance and analytical reports for operating projects
• Coordinate with Technical Asset Management and Operations teams
• Manage document administration and regulatory filings
• Support billing, revenue tracking, and SREC administration
• Lead small projects and provide customer service to stakeholders
• Train and assist newer team members

What you’ll bring

• 2+ years renewable asset management experience
• Experience with solar, wind or BESS projects
• B.E or B.Tech degree
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance (FERC, EIA)
• Excellent communication and customer service
• Basic accounting and budget management
