About the role
Portfolio Management team at Radian Generation supports renewable energy asset owners by ensuring contractual compliance and optimizing portfolio performance. The Portfolio Associate I assists Portfolio Managers with task tracking, regulatory filings, performance reporting, and financial reconciliation using Radian Digital tools. Based in Chennai, India, this role is onsite with a standard office schedule.
What you’ll do
- Support portfolio compliance and contractual obligations
- Track tasks and workflows using Radian Digital software
- Prepare performance and analytical reports
- Coordinate with technical and financial teams
- Manage document administration and data rooms
- Compile and submit regulatory filings (FERC, EIA)
- Assist billing, revenue tracking, and SREC administration
- Lead small projects and mentor junior team members
What you’ll bring
- 2+ years renewable asset management experience
- B.E or B.Tech degree
- Experience with solar, wind or BESS projects
- Knowledge of renewable energy contracts
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Familiarity with asset management software
- Customer service experience
- Basic accounting knowledge
