What you’ll do
- Evaluate technical performance of client sites
- Identify data and performance issues
- Oversee O&M providers and provide technical feedback
- Track equipment and data outages
- Maintain tickets for O&M issues
- Analyze and provide feedback on spares strategy
- Participate in root cause analysis
- Provide monthly performance reports
- Assist in technical onboarding of new solar sites
- Coach and train newer team members
