About the role
Technical Asset Management team at Radian Generation ensures optimal performance of solar renewable assets. The engineer tracks O&M provider responses, maintains ticketing and data integrity in internal systems, and supports performance guarantee monitoring. Chennai, India, on-site role with 2nd shift schedule from 2 PM to 11 PM.
What you’ll do
- Track and verify O&M provider responses to equipment outages
- Maintain tickets and monitor site performance
- Update internal software database for asset characteristics and data integrity
- Review and correct project data for monthly client reports
- Support technical onboarding of new solar sites and process improvement initiatives
What you’ll bring
- 6 months-2 years renewable energy performance experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related energy field
- Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe PDF
- Familiarity with databases
