About the role

Amazon Transportation Service (ATS) team drives efficient air, sea, and road transport for Amazon. The Program Manager II leads design, launch, and continuous improvement of ATS programs, using data to optimize operations and stakeholder processes. Hyderabad, TS, IND, on-site, full-time, relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Launch and monitor ATS programs, reporting key performance metrics
• Analyze operational data to identify challenges and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to overcome challenges and progress projects
• Define standards, manage stakeholders, and coordinate internal processes

What you’ll bring

• 3+ years program/project management
• 3+ years cross‑functional collaboration with tech and non‑tech teams
• 3+ years defining and implementing data‑driven process improvements
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL proficiency
• Experience defining program requirements and using metrics

Nice to have

• 3+ years end‑to‑end delivery and senior leadership communication
• 3+ years stakeholder management across organization levels
• Experience building processes, project schedules, and managing multiple stakeholders
