Program Manager II, ATS Programs

About the role

Amazon Transportation Service (ATS) team drives efficient air, sea, and road transport for Amazon. As a Program Manager II you will lead design, launch, and continuous improvement of ATS programs, using data and metrics to optimize operations and stakeholder processes. Hyderabad, TS, IND – onsite work model.

What you’ll do

• Lead multidisciplinary teams to launch and improve ATS programs
• Monitor performance metrics and report on key objectives
• Use data to identify operational challenges and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with various Amazon departments to leverage best practices
• Define standards and manage stakeholder expectations

What you’ll bring

• 3+ years program or project management
• 3+ years cross‑functional experience with tech and non‑tech teams
• 3+ years defining and implementing data‑driven process improvements
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL

Nice to have

• 3+ years driving end‑to‑end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
• Experience in stakeholder management across multiple organizational levels
• Building processes, project management, and schedule creation

Skills
