About the role

Amazon Transportation Service (ATS) team drives efficient air, sea, and road transport using data‑driven decisions. As a Program Manager II you will lead the design, launch, and continuous improvement of ATS programs, coordinating cross‑functional teams, monitoring metrics, and reporting to senior leadership. Hyderabad, India – onsite role.

What you’ll do

• Launch and monitor ATS programs, track performance metrics
• Identify operational challenges and create continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with multiple Amazon departments to leverage best practices
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to overcome challenges and drive progress
• Manage stakeholders and define standards for program delivery

What you’ll bring

• 3+ years program or project management experience
• 3+ years cross‑functional work with tech and non‑tech teams
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL
• Experience defining program requirements using data and metrics
