Program Manager II

About the role

Thermo Fisher Scientific team drives global health, safety and environmental solutions. As a Program Manager II you will coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver complex programs, manage scope, schedule and budget, and mitigate risks in a matrix environment. Based in Bangalore, hybrid work model with on‑site collaboration as needed.

What you’ll do

• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to execute programs from initiation to delivery
• Maintain program control, schedule, scope and budget alignment
• Facilitate decision‑making with internal stakeholders and external clients
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks proactively
• Manage multiple concurrent projects ensuring detail orientation
• Drive continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives

What you’ll bring

• Advanced degree required
• 2+ years program/project management experience in pharma/biotech
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office
• Excellent financial acumen for budgeting and forecasting
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• 10‑15% travel as needed
