Lead Trade Services Processor

About the role

Wells Fargo India seeks a Lead Trade Services Processor to support global talent capabilities in Hyderabad. The role involves investigating and resolving Fraud Visa Debit Card claims, ensuring compliance with Regulation E guidelines, and maintaining accurate financial records. This full-time position requires flexibility for different shifts and overtime within the Operations department.

What you’ll do

• Investigate, monitor, and resolve Fraud Visa Debit Card claims
• Notify customers of claim results in accordance with Regulation E guidelines
• Apply regulatory and VISA rules to claim decisions
• Review customer financials and prepare/review transactions
• Gather, review, and prepare data for regulatory reports
• Prepare and review account reconciliations and certifications
• Assist in preparation of consolidated balance sheets and income statements
• Perform customer account maintenance duties including billing adjustments
