What you’ll do

• Ensure customer satisfaction by supporting trade service products
• Issue, advise, amend letters of credit and process documentary collections
• Guide team on complex credit and collection tasks
• Train staff on new products and coordinate workflow
• Prioritize work and provide day-to-day leadership
• Identify product sales opportunities and recommend policy changes
• Collaborate with peers and managers to resolve issues
• Interact with internal customers and exercise independent judgment

What you’ll bring

9+ years of Trade Services support experience

Nice to have

• 2+ years exposure to BSA/AML, Sanctions and Anti-boycott policies
• Strong interpersonal skills for escalation handling
• Excellent written and verbal communication for risk escalations
