About the role

Trade Services team at Wells Fargo focuses on delivering a broad range of trade finance products. The Lead Trade Services Processor oversees customer support, manages letters of credit, documentary collections, and guides staff on complex tasks while ensuring compliance and risk standards. What you’ll do

• Provide support for trade service products and ensure customer satisfaction
• Issue, advise, amend letters of credit and process documentary and direct collections
• Guide team on complex credit and collection tasks
• Train staff on new products and procedures
• Prioritize work and lead day‑to‑day team activities
• Identify product sales opportunities and recommend policy changes
• Collaborate with peers and managers to resolve issues
• Interact with internal customers and exercise independent judgment

What you’ll bring

9+ years of Trade Services support experience

Nice to have

• 2+ years exposure to BSA/AML, sanctions and anti‑boycott policies
• Strong interpersonal skills for escalation and due‑diligence
• Excellent written and verbal communication for risk escalations
