What you’ll do

• Provide support services for trade service products
• Issue, advise, amend letters of credit and process collections
• Guide team on complex credit and collection tasks
• Train staff on new products and coordinate workflow
• Prioritize work and lead the team daily
• Identify sales opportunities and recommend policy changes
• Collaborate with peers and managers to resolve issues
• Interact with internal customers

What you’ll bring

4+ years Trade Services support experience

Nice to have

• Strong interpersonal skills for escalation handling
• Knowledge of BSA/AML, sanctions and anti‑boycott policies
• Excellent written and verbal communication for risk escalations
