Senior Manager, Cloud Services Platform

About the role

NGC Cloud team at NVIDIA builds and operates the cloud services platform that provides container, artifact, and ML model registry capabilities for NVIDIA engineering. The Senior Manager leads strategy, design, and operation of this PaaS, defines standards with AI infrastructure and security teams, and drives KPI and SLA tracking for reliability and developer experience. Based in Bengaluru, India, on-site role with occasional travel for senior leadership engagements.

What you’ll do

• Lead strategy, execution and operations for cloud services platform
• Architect, design, implement and operate complex PaaS for GPU cloud services
• Partner with AI infrastructure, security, product and engineering to define standards
• Define and track KPIs and SLAs for registry services
• Mentor engineering managers and senior contributors
• Influence architecture and technical direction across teams
• Communicate strategy and progress to senior leadership

What you’ll bring

• 10+ years software engineering with cloud platforms
• 5+ years engineering leadership managing managers
• Bachelors degree or equivalent
• Proven success operating customer‑facing critical services
• Strong technical judgment in registry and artifact management
• Deep cloud‑native experience (Kubernetes, storage, databases, event streaming)
• Experience with container registries (Docker, Harbor, ECR, GCR)
• Excellent people leadership and hiring skills
