Hybrid Cloud Architect Senior Manager, Cloud Infrastructure

About the role

Technology Consulting – Cloud Infrastructure & Ecosystem Advisory team at Accenture drives enterprise hybrid cloud transformations. The Senior Manager leads large‑scale hybrid and multi‑cloud architecture advisory programs, shaping strategy, security, FinOps and AI infrastructure for clients across on‑prem, colocation and public clouds. Role based in India (Gurugram, Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, Kolkata) with a hybrid work model, collaborating with C‑suite executives and practice leaders.

What you’ll do

• Own and define hybrid cloud architecture vision and platform strategy for enterprise clients
• Advise CTO/CIO on security, IAM, Zero Trust and network segmentation across hybrid estates
• Develop multi‑cloud FinOps models and financial governance frameworks
• Set IaC and platform engineering standards using Terraform, Ansible, vRealize Automation, Nutanix Calm
• Shape hybrid AI infrastructure strategy for GPU workloads and hyperscaler AI services
• Lead business development, RFP responses and practice capability building
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners (VMware, Nutanix, Dell, HPE, Cisco) on solution design

What you’ll bring

• 14+ years consulting or cloud infrastructure experience
• 6+ years leading hybrid/multi‑cloud architecture engagements
• Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field
• Master's (MBA or MSc) preferred
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional or Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect
• VMware Cloud Foundation Architect certification preferred
• NutaniX Certified Professional – Multicloud preferred
• Red Hat OpenShift Administration certification preferred
