About the role
Solution Architect – (AI Infrastructure & Hybrid Cloud) at Gruve, a startup turning enterprises into AI powerhouses. Leads design and deployment of enterprise‑grade Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes across on‑prem and hybrid clouds, building secure, scalable, automated AI infrastructure. Works with global clients, network architects, and AI developers to integrate AI workloads, GPU acceleration, and zero‑trust networking. Pune, Maharashtra, India, on-site, full-time.
What you’ll do
- Design high‑level and low‑level OpenShift/Kubernetes solutions
- Define automation roadmap using Ansible, Terraform, Python
- Lead client workshops and technical reviews
- Integrate AI applications, GPU orchestration, and security frameworks
- Oversee CI/CD pipeline architecture and observability stack
- Mentor L2/L3 engineers and guide cross‑functional teams
What you’ll bring
- 10+ years systems architecture or infrastructure engineering
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field
Nice to have
- Red Hat Certified Architect or OpenShift Specialist
- CKA/CKS certification
- AWS/GCP Certified DevOps Engineer
- HashiCorp Terraform Associate
- CISSP or CCSP
