About the role

Cloud Solution Delivery team at EXL drives enterprise cloud migration, modernization and platform transformation. The Senior Manager leads end‑to‑end delivery, facilitates Agile ceremonies, manages schedules, budgets and risks, and coordinates across Cloud, Infrastructure, Security and DevOps teams. Chennai, India, hybrid work model (Hybrid).

What you’ll do

  • Manage end‑to‑end delivery of cloud migration and modernization initiatives
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets and risk registers
  • Coordinate across Cloud, Infrastructure, Security, Network, DevOps and Application teams
  • Build relationships with business leaders and technology stakeholders
  • Lead stakeholder communications, governance reviews and executive reporting
  • Identify and mitigate delivery risks and resolve escalations
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and Agile maturity

What you’ll bring

  • 8-15 years Project/Program Management experience
  • Lead Cloud, Infrastructure, Data Center or Digital Transformation programs
  • Strong understanding of Azure, AWS, GCP and DevOps concepts
  • Experience in Agile, Scrum or SAFe environments
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification (optional)
  • Certified Scrum Master or SAFe Agilist required
  • Cloud Foundation certification for one CSP
