About the role

Professional Services Global Delivery Centre (GDC) Migration Factory at Salesforce leads enterprise‑scale migrations to Marketing Cloud Next and Data Cloud. The Manager, Technical Consulting drives hands‑on solution design, data architecture, and journey migration while leading a team of up to 15 consultants. Based in Hyderabad and Bangalore, India, this on‑site role follows a hybrid model with office presence as required.

What you’ll do

• Manage up to 15 direct reports, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management
• Act as hands‑on Technical Architect for complex migration engagements
• Drive Migration Factory standards, playbooks, and wave delivery discipline
• Serve as senior technical advisor to client marketing operations and CDOs
• Lead functional and technical discovery workshops and solution design reviews
• Oversee subscriber data migration strategy and compliance architecture
• Guide journey migration from legacy platforms to Journey Builder
• Develop reusable playbooks, accelerators, and migration toolkits

What you’ll bring

• 10-16 years Salesforce and marketing technology consulting experience
• 5+ years hands‑on Marketing Cloud delivery with end‑to‑end migrations
• 5+ years people management of technical consulting teams
• Proven track record leading concurrent migration workstreams
