About the role

SNC-Lavalin seeks a seasoned Technical Manager to lead BIM/CAD teams in Pune, India, overseeing infrastructure design projects and ensuring technical excellence.

What you’ll do

• Lead BIM/CAD team under Water and Environment.
• Deliver infrastructure design and planning projects.
• Train new staff.
• Develop project deliverables including drawings and reports.
• Manage BIM data throughout project lifecycle.
• Resolve design issues and clashes.
• Prepare engineering plans and documents.
• Ensure compliance with jurisdictional requirements.

What you’ll bring

• Diploma or BE in Civil Engineering.
• 10-15 years of BIM/CAD experience.

Nice to have

• Extensive experience detailing water, wastewater & infrastructure projects.
• Experience with common data environment platforms and BIM data management.
• Knowledge of ISO 19650 information management principles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
