About the role
Rentokil PCI, India's leading pest control service provider, drives service quality and technical excellence across its regional operations. The Technical Manager leads multi‑functional teams to improve audit readiness, compliance, and customer retention while overseeing SOP standardization, complaint resolution, and sustainability initiatives. Bengaluru, on-site, hybrid schedule with field visits as required.
What you’ll do
- Enhance service quality and customer retention
- Ensure compliance with PMI SOS requirements
- Support branches in complaint resolution and CAPA
- Facilitate third‑party audit and FSSAI inspection readiness
- Monitor and report SOP deviations at sites
- Conduct skill assessments and surprise visits for technicians
- Deliver SHE plan targets and conduct audits
- Drive service innovation and revenue growth through pest awareness programs
What you’ll bring
- 7+ years RPCI experience
- 4+ years handling HD accounts
- Strong leadership and team management
- Excellent communication in English
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, GSuite
- Knowledge of pest management and food safety standards
- Certification from CFTRI, NPPTI or IGMRI preferred
