About the role
Energy Business Data team at WSP drives data-driven decision making for asset management. The Senior Consultant leads cross‑business data initiatives, builds advanced analytics, dashboards and digital tools to improve asset performance, predictive maintenance and reporting. Based in Bengaluru with hybrid work model, supporting projects across Mumbai and Noida.
What you’ll do
- Act as central data analytics point for Energy service lines
- Develop advanced analytics for asset performance trending and failure prediction
- Design and build interactive Power BI dashboards for internal and client use
- Create reusable analytics templates and visualization standards
- Support development of internal tools and digital products for asset management
- Improve asset data structures and digital asset management frameworks
- Collaborate with clients to understand data challenges and deliver tailored solutions
- Translate technical outputs into client‑ready deliverables
What you’ll bring
- Degree in Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or Computer Science
- Strong experience in data analytics in engineering/energy
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, Excel, Power BI
- Experience with large/complex datasets (SCADA, operational, asset)
- Understanding of asset management lifecycle and performance optimisation
- Stakeholder engagement across multiple disciplines
- Strong technical communication skills
- Exposure to predictive analytics/machine learning
