About the role
SAP Consulting team at EY delivers end‑to‑end SAP Plant Maintenance solutions for global clients. The Senior SAP PM Consultant designs, configures and supports SAP PM modules, handling incidents, change requests and on‑call rotations to ensure system reliability. Based in Noida, India, on‑site role with hybrid flexibility as needed.
What you’ll do
- Provide Level 2/3 application management support for SAP PM
- Analyze and resolve incident tickets and change requests
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions
- Develop and maintain documentation, user guides and test scripts
- Participate in on‑call rotation and provide off‑hours support
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 3+ years SAP PM experience
- E2E implementation project experience
- Support/roll‑out/upgrade project experience
Nice to have
- Strong knowledge of business processes
- Hands‑on SAP PM configuration
- Experience with Plant Maintenance, Preventive and Corrective maintenance
- Integration with MM, QM, PP modules
