About the role
Global Delivery Services (GDS) at EY delivers high‑skill, innovative SAP solutions worldwide. As a Senior SAP PM SM consultant you will gather requirements, design and configure SAP Plant Maintenance and Service Management, provide application management support, and handle incidents, changes and on‑call rotations. Noida, India, on‑site work model, with occasional travel to client sites.
What you’ll do
- Gather and analyze business requirements
- Design and configure SAP PM/SM solutions
- Provide Level 2/3 application management support
- Manage incidents, change requests and problem resolution
- Develop documentation, user guides and test scripts
- Participate in on‑call rotation and shift work
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- SAP PM certification
Nice to have
- 3+ years SAP PM/SM experience
- End‑to‑end S/4HANA implementation
- Support/roll‑out or upgrade projects
- Integration with MM/QM/CS/SD/FI‑CO
- EDI/IDOC and OData services
- Strong configuration and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
