About the role
Asset Management team at WSP delivers SCADA, control and communications solutions for complex energy infrastructure. The Senior Consultant designs system architectures, creates technical specifications, and manages integration risks across TDD, FEED and detailed design phases. Based in Bengaluru with hybrid work model and access to Noida and Mumbai offices, the role supports offshore wind, transmission and HVDC projects.
What you’ll do
- Assess SCADA and control architectures for energy projects and identify integration risks
- Develop SCADA architecture diagrams, functional specifications, and signal lists
- Define system requirements including hardware, software platforms and historian systems
- Create Interface Control Documents and manage data flows between plant, grid and OEM systems
- Support FEED and detailed design phases with robust, OEM‑agnostic solutions
- Assist commissioning strategies and validate system compliance with standards
What you’ll bring
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent
- Strong experience with SCADA, control and communications systems
- Experience in Technical Due Diligence, FEED or design engineering
- Knowledge of IEC 60870-5-104, Modbus TCP, OPC protocols
- Ability to produce technical documentation and specifications
