About the role

Asset Management Consulting at WSP focuses on reliability and lifecycle performance of critical infrastructure. The Senior Consultant develops maintenance strategies, conducts RAMS analysis, and optimizes asset performance using tools like ReliaSoft. Bengaluru, Karnataka, India with hybrid work model (remote and onsite).

What you’ll do

• Develop and review maintenance strategies including RCM, CBM, RBM
• Perform reliability, availability, maintainability analysis and build RAM models
• Conduct FMEA/FMECA studies and asset criticality assessments
• Analyse operational data to improve asset reliability and support lifecycle cost analysis
• Provide evidence‑based recommendations to clients and contribute to advisory projects

What you’ll bring

• Degree in Mechanical/Renewable engineering or equivalent
• Strong background in reliability engineering/RAMS
• Experience developing maintenance strategies
• Familiarity with RAM modelling tools (ReliaSoft, Isograph)
• Understanding of asset lifecycle, performance metrics, and risk
• Strong analytical capability
